PACKAGING
- All DeviDoll items will reach you in beautiful brown packaging and our signature brown and orange embossed ribbon. If you are sending a gift please email us any message you would like to send and we will attach a matching brown card with the message handwritten inside.
- DeviDoll brown packaging is made from recycled paper. All proceeds from our packaging are sent directly to the Modicare Foundation to support its work in countering the AIDS/HIV epidemic in India. Learn more about the Foundation and its work at www.modicarefoundation.org
DELIVERY
DeviDoll is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on ALL deliveries (within the UK and international) for purchases over £150.
Also, on all purchases over £100 we will send you a free spa gift -- soap, body lotion or body shampoo -- (while stocks last) from our Blooming Lotus Spa collection. If you have a preference for a particular item or fragrance please email contact@devidoll.com IMMEDIATELY after your purchase is completed and we will do our best to send you what you would like. Please note we cannot guarantee that your choice will be available. We do not accept returns on the spa gifts.
- DeviDoll delivers worldwide as per the options specified in the table below.
- After requisite credit card checks and verification of delivery/billing address, your order will be despatched as soon as possible during office hours. Orders received before 12 noon (GMT) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will be shipped the next working day. Please note that orders received after 12 noon (GMT) on Friday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.
- Delivery charges will be calculated on a total Order basis and you will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit/debit card details.
- Please check the delivered Products as soon as possible on receipt as DeviDoll will not cover any subsequent loss or damage.
- DeviDoll will make every effort to deliver by the date stated on the DeviDoll website or agreed via email, but DeviDoll will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
- You can choose from the following delivery options:

EXTENDED DELIVERY: Some items may have extended delivery periods and this will be clearly indicated in the item's description as well as at check out. Delivery times can vary so please check the description carefully
to see when an item can be expected.
The same conditions apply for delivery and returns of items with extended delivery as with all other items sold on the DeviDoll site.
VAT
- DeviDoll.com prices include UK VAT for all EU customers. For deliveries to customers outside the EU the UK VAT element will be deducted from the sale price
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipping destination outside the EEC, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges, ie, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In certain countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you.

In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
- We are sure you will be very happy with your DeviDoll purchases but we also realize that sometimes you may wish to choose another size or colour or simply change your mind, and so we operate a 'no quibbles' policy as explained below.
- Returns are made your own expense except where an item is faulty.
- We will only accept returns if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Just send an email to 'returns@devidoll.com' stating your order number in the subject line and "MRC number requested" in the main body. If you wish you can also let us know why you are returning the item but 'no quibble' means you don't have to! Please write this MRC number on the returned package.
- DeviDoll will not accept returns outside of the above time frame except for faulty items.
- DeviDoll will only accept items that are returned in re-saleable condition. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the returns tag has been removed. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your items before removing the returns tag. Only returned items that are in the same condition as when sent from DeviDoll will be accepted.
- If you wish to exchange an item please notify us as above on 'returns@devidoll.com' but put 'exchange' in the subject line. Delivery charges on your first exchange (only) will be complimentary.
- DeviDoll takes a great deal of care to ensure that you receive the order of your choice in pristine condition but, if an item is faulty or not what you ordered, please email contact@devidoll.com and you will be sent the correct item (provided it is in stock or otherwise as quickly as possible) or fully refunded (including the delivery charges) whichever you prefer. Correct items will be delivered free of charge.
- After routine checks, DeviDoll will refund the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. This should normally be within 2 working days of receiving the returned items. Refunds include full purchase price including taxes but do not include delivery charges. Please note for international deliveries, refunds will NOT include any international shipping duties that may have been incurred.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
- Simply repackage the item securely, write the MRC number clearly on the outside and send it back to us.
- We recommend that you return items using recorded post and retain proof of postage as well as insure items, as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss during transit.
- Please note we cannot accept returns on earrings, undergarments or spa products packaged in atomizer sprays. All other spa products must be returned completely unopened.
